Registered Transport Accident Commission provider, Victoria

All About Caring is approved as a registered provider of support for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Victoria. This means we have the necessary Quality Standards and have demonstrated to the Commission our ability to deliver quality care and services in Victoria.

So, what exactly is TAC?

The TAC is a Victorian Government-owned organisation set up to pay for treatment and benefits for people injured in transport accidents, promote road safety, and improve Victoria’s trauma system.

How to access our services?

To access All About Caring attendant care services through the TAC:

• Clients may choose their Provider from a list of registered providers.
• The hospital Discharge Team and Case Manager will determine care & service needs – this will then require approval by the TAC Coordinator.
• A Program Manager/Coordinator from All About Caring will attend an Assessment with the Clients involvement to agree on how the approved services will be delivered.
• All About Caring will then schedule Support workers to deliver those agreed services.
