We are always looking for dedicated people with a genuine desire to work in the disability support community.
Join our team of Support Workers across Australia. Our Clients cannot maintain their independence without regular and reliable Support Workers. We look for applicants who are compassionate, confident, reliable, and dedicated to providing a high standard of support to our Clients and their families. Ideally, experience is preferred, but training is provided.
Program Manager and Program Coordinators work closely with Clients in their local community to ensure the services we provide meet their individual needs and preferences. They develop their individual Support Plan and manage any risks relating to service delivery. This is to ensure the safety of the Client and our staff.
Our frontline staff are supported by a dedicated team which includes rostering, customer service, administration, human resources and management roles. We provide regular training and opportunities for career progression within the company.
