This state-of-the-art SDA home features:
- Universal Accessibility– Barrier-free design including safe and step-free access to all entry and exit points throughout the home.
- Bariatric Features – 1540mm doorways and hallways, ceiling hoists in each bedroom with capacity to 300kg
- Assistive Technology – This home has provisions for assistive tech and can be discussed upon request.
- Smart Home Technology – this will enable tenants to operate doors, blinds, lighting, air-conditioning, intercom and emergency calling, from their chosen smart device.
- Ready to go furnishing – The home will be ready to go with white goods (fridge/washer/dryer) sofa, dining & some soft furnishings. Only requiring a few final touches to make it yours.
