Lifetime Support Scheme Provider, South Australia

All About Caring is an Approved Panel Provider for all levels of support for the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS) SA. This means that we have the necessary Quality Standards and have demonstrated to the Authority our ability to deliver quality care and services.

So, what exactly is LSS?

The Lifetime Support Authority (LSA) provides treatment, care and support for people who have sustained serious, lifelong disabilities in a motor vehicle accident in South Australia regardless of fault, through the Lifetime Support Scheme (LSS). The LSS applies to people injured from 1 July, 2014. People who receive injuries like very serious injuries that cause paraplegia or quadriplegia, brain injury, whole limb or multiple amputations, major burns or blindness will qualify for support.

How to access our services?

To access All About Caring attendant care services through LSS:

• Clients may choose their Provider from the Approved Panel.
• The hospital Discharge Team and Case Manager will determine care & service needs – this will then require approval by the LSS Coordinator.
• A Program Manager/Coordinator from All About Caring will attend an Assessment with the Clients involvement to agree on how the approved services will be delivered.
• All About Caring will then schedule Support workers to deliver those agreed services.
